Mixed Martial Arts is an emerging and growing sport made popular by the Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC). Our program combines the best of MMA from Judo, wrestling, and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu (BJJ) to boxing, Muay Thai and Kickboxing as well as self defense training. Our youth program is unique in that it teaches young people a variety of sports including jiu jitsu, wrestling, judo, kickboxing, and boxing. We also have basic core strength and conditioning equipment as well as a complete set of heavy and speed bags.
